Experienced Sales Administrator required for leading organisation based in the Oxfordshire area. My client is currently going through extensive growth and are seeing an experienced Administrator/PA to join their sales office.
As Sales Administrator you will be responsible for:
- Managing all incoming calls
- Meet and Greet all visitors
- Receiving all incoming post and deliveries
- Liaise with customers on a daily basis keeping them up to date with products and orders
- Research sales leads
- Order Processing
- Occasional PA duties to director when required
Skills and Experience required:
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Strong Customer Service and Administration skills
- Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
- Client facing skills
