The Operations Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Facilities Operations Helpdesk and assisting with providing administrative support at one of our customers prestige premises on Milton Park

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist departments with coordinating sites events, including room set up and arranging refreshments
  • Assist with catering and stationary stock replenishment
  • Raise purchase requisitions when needed
  • Provide helpdesk administrative support to the facilities Operations team including reception
  • Cover when needed
  • Provide general proactive support to the office and additional cover for the soft services Operations Coordinator during periods of holidays or absence

Knowledge, Skills And Experience

  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with visitors, contractors, staff/vendors at all levels
  • Good time management and organisational skills to prioritise work and/or multi task
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
  • Displays working Knowledge of general business processes
  • Experience in customer service and administrative   duties preferred

Competitive with 25 days holiday + additional 3  Christmas shut down (Clients discretion)

8am-5pm  ( 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
