We have an exciting opportunity to join our Manufacturing Engineering Team, working across the Magnetic Resonance business, including Product Development, New Product Introduction, as well as supporting our Manufacturing Technicians.
In this role you will be the manufacturing representative during New Product Introduction and Continuous Improvement Programmes, helping us to achieve design for excellence and a seamless introduction to Manufacturing, Service and Supply. You will be responsible for writing and testing processes to assemble new products (including researching tools and methodologies), making engineering changes and tracking those changes, as well as providing technical support to the Manufacturing Technicians and ensuring that our products are fully compliant with the latest regulations.
You are likely to have either an HNC or degree in a relevant engineering or science discipline, however previous experience in a hands-on role within a technical manufacturing environment is essential. We are happy to consider experience gained as a manufacturing engineer, alternatively you could have worked within a manufacturing environment, assembling and testing complex builds. You will have a willingness to learn, able to work proactively in a busy role and be familiar with Six Sigma and Lean methodologies.
