My clients a friendly medium sized freight forwarder based within the Heathrow area they are currently recruiting for Junior operations clerk to join their growing Artwork/ high valuable shipment team!
Duties would include (training will be provided):
- Taking bookings
- Arranging collections and deliveries
- Dealing with both imports and exports
- Airline bookings
- Handling documents such as licenses, ATA Carnets and customs documentation
- Tracking shipments
- Data entry
- General admin
Skills required:
- School/ college leaver or some experience within freight forwarding
- Keen to learn!
- PC literate
- Good customer service skills
