The Role
An established law firm is looking to appoint a Family Solicitor / Family Lawyer to join its growing team in Wiltshire.
The role offers the opportunity to manage a varied family law caseload, working closely with clients to provide clear, practical and commercially minded legal advice.
You will handle matters across a broad range of family law, with opportunities to develop your own caseload, build client relationships and contribute to the continued growth of the team.
Key Responsibilities

Manage a varied family law caseload independently.

Advise clients on a range of private family matters.

Handle matters including divorce, financial settlements and children arrangements.

Prepare legal documentation and correspondence.

Represent clients throughout the progression of their matters.

Develop and maintain strong client relationships.

Work collaboratively with colleagues across the wider firm.

Contribute to networking, marketing and business development.

Maintain high standards of client care, compliance and file management.
Requirements

Qualified Solicitor, Family Lawyer or Chartered Legal Executive.

Experience within family law is essential.

Ability to manage a caseload independently.

Strong knowledge of family law and relevant procedures.

Excellent communication, drafting and negotiation skills.

Strong client care and organisational skills.

Commercially aware with the ability to develop professional relationships.
