1. The Client is responsible for the content of the advertisement and will indemnify Milton Park Jobs (Known as MPJ from heron) against any claim loss liability expense and/or damage in connection therewith.

2. MPJ does not guarantee that the Client will receive any responses from applicants to its advertisement.

3. It is the Client's responsibility to protect their computers against any viruses.

4. All and any subsequent dealings between the Client and any Applicant and in connection with the Applicant's response to the advertisement are the responsibility of the Client and MPJ accepts no liability whatsoever therewith. The Client will indemnify MPJ against any claim loss liability expense and/or damage in connection therewith.

5. MPJ reserves the right to remove any advertisement at any time without reason. Examples of advertisements that may be removed include, but are not limited to:

those that MPJ considers illegal, inappropriate or fraudulent
those that directly or indirectly require or ask for application or registration fees
those that directly or indirectly discriminate in any way.

6. MPJ reserves the right to close any account at any time without reason.

7. By accessing or using any part, service or feature of this site, you agree to use it in 'good faith' i.e. to post authentic, unique jobs and, where applicable, invite colleagues who are new and unknown to MPJ group companies. You also agree that any abuse of the service or site can result in your own, as well as your companies access to this service being removed, and accounts terminated.

8. From time to time MPJ will contact registered employers and agencies in order to evaluate the service they receive and also to advertise MPJ recruitment services and products.

9. These website terms and conditions may be changed by us at any time. You will be deemed to accept the terms and conditions (as amended) when you next use this site following any amendment.

10. If any provision of these terms and conditions is held to be invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions, which shall remain in full force and effect.

11. As an advertiser with MPJ, either as an agencies or service, with all or any of their trading names, you enter into a 12 month contract. This contract is activated on receipt of full or part payment (where a split invoice is preferred) and, unless there is a breach of terms or obligation but MPJ no refund or reimbursement will be available. If at any time MPJ deem it necessary to remove an advertiser from any or all its web sites any moneys outstanding becomes immediately due.

12. MPJ does not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any information given by those web sites or the services and goods offered by these, which are linked from the Milton Park Jobs web site, or by statement or services or goods offered by those advertising on any MPJ web site. MPJ is not liable for the results of any actions or decisions taken by anyone visiting, using the services or information or purchasing goods of and from other web sites, companies, individuals, products or services.
