Temporary Project Administrator Milton Park £10.00 per hour
An experienced Project Administrator is required. You will be competent in supporting multiple projects in a fast paced environment. The main responsibilities for this role include working with the projects teams on the administration aspects of project management, including set-up and management of document libraries and the upkeep of project control documents, helping to assemble project reporting dashboards, supporting meetings and workshops by taking minutes and chasing subsequent actions. You must have strong communication skills, both written and verbal and be able to use your own initiative to get the job done. Excellent MS Office knowledge is required including SharePoint, Word, Excel and Access. This role is a temporary position.

Temporary Senior Project Co-ordinator Milton Park £9.00 p/h
Our client is seeking an experienced customer and administration focussed individual to take on this busy and varied role.  You will act as a point of contact for customers who have placed an order that requires installation, from the receipt of the order into the department to the successful completion of the installation. To work with the Field based teams ensuring that all jobs are appropriately allocated reflecting on distance & skill set. To be accountable for ensuring all materials are on site in advance of the installation date.  You will act as a point of escalation for all areas across the business and work closely with the Line Manager identifying key areas of development and improvement. Strong customer service experience is required along with a background within a busy administration environment. The post is initially available on a temporary basis.

My client is seeking a full-time tele-sales executive to work with their busy team. The successful Telesales Executives will ideally have a proven track record in sales however candidates with the tenacity and enthusiasm for sales will be considered too. Experience working on the telephone is a must, as is the ability to build rapport with decision makers at all levels and close over the phone. Initial contract will be temporary but there is the possibility of an extension for exceptional candidates.
