As a clinical association you will have clinical responsibilities 85%, Research 5% and administration 10%. You will have a minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in psychology or life science field or RN; a minimum of 1 years clinical research experience; scientific writing skills; competency working with numbers; good IT skills; fluency in English (will be required to write, speak and understand English to conduct day-to-day business.); willingness to travel and maintain a flexible schedule. Pharmaceutical Analytical Development Scientist Swindon up to £29,000 + benefits
As Pharmaceutical Analytical Development Scientist you will join a team which supports the Formulation Development and Process Development groups, in the completion of development activities for a Pharmaceutical based near Swindon. You will analyse samples, using appropriate methods, to the required standards producing high quality data. You will also develop and validate analytical methods, as appropriate. and ensure that equipment/instrumentation is calibrated and maintained and that laboratory records/documentation comply with cGMP’s. Senior Environmental Test Engineer Oxford up to £32,000 per annum
As Senior Test Engineer you will undertaking testing in of high specification military equipment in Vacuum & Thermal Chambers, while also using  Maccor's and RGAs. You will also design, build and test support equipment required for testing, such as test jigs and harnesses and provide engineering support to other related disciplines such as design, quality assurance and manufacturing. As the ideal applicant you will be qualified to HND or equivalent or higher in an Engineering or Science Subject and have commercial experience of using Vacuum & Thermal Chambers etc. Any experience of using Maccor's and RGAs is an advantage.

Validation Scientist Oxfordshire c£24,500 (6 month FTC)
This role has arisen due to expansion in the company workload. Working as a Validation Scientist you will be responsible for the validation of analytical techniques such as high resolution GC-MS and GC-MS Headspace. You will be required to work to tight company deadlines in a contract environment and will be required to work to GLP at all times. Suitable applicants must have experience with the validation of analytical instrumentation. Thorough technical experience with high-resolution GC-MS is essential as is experience in the validation of this equipment. Knowledge of GC-MS Headspace is also required and experience working to GLP is also needed. A minimum of degree level qualification in a relevant analytical discipline is beneficial as is experience working in a contract analytical laboratory.

Raw Materials Analyst  South £22-25,000 per annum
International Pharmaceutical Company seeks Raw Materials Analyst for a permanent position. Duties include:

Synthetic/Medicinal Chemist South Oxfordshire £32-38,000 per annum

An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Synthetic Organic Chemist to join their Chemistry Department. Using your experience within Synthetic & Medicinal chemistry you will be responsible for bench chemistry and leading projects to ensure deadlines are achieved. Applicants will be educated to PhD level in a Synthetic Organic or Medicinal Chemistry discipline. Additional post-doctoral or industry experience is essential and individuals will be expected to have an excellent technical knowledge of Synthetic Organic and Medicinal Chemistry and its application in drug discovery. Scientific Officer (Cell Biologist) Temporary Assignment to start ASAP until end of June - £8.00 - £9.00 per hour

Pilot Plant – Shift Scientist South East £20,000 + Shift allowance
My client specialises in pharmaceutical discovery and development and is currently seeking scientists to work within the pilot plant. Working with the pharmaceutical pilot-plant team you will work on a rotational shift basis and be responsible for the scale-up of pharmaceutical ingredients for manufacture. Applicants must have a good understanding of chemistry and experience working within a manufacturing or product scale-up environment would be a distinct advantage. Due to quality regulations you will also be responsible for the cleanliness of you work area/equipment and the maintenance of laboratory records.  Experience working to GLP/GMP would also be desirable. Due to the level of this position, applicants educated to MSc/PhD equivalent and above will not be considered. All applicants must be prepared to work shifts.

Pharmaceutical Development Scientist - South East £24,000-£30,000 p/a.
As a Pharmaceutical Development Scientist you will be responsible for providing support to the internal development programmes at initial organic and medicinal chemistry stage to route selection and cGMP scale-up. Suitable applicants will be educated to a minimum of degree level in Organic Chemistry and must have experience working within pharmaceutical development within industry. Knowledge of HPLC, LC-MS and NMR is essential as is a flexibility to work on a range of projects to support deadlines. Experience adhering to SOP’s and complying with Good Manufacturing Practice is essential. Experience with the management of small project teams would be beneficial but not essential.
