Recruitment Consultants Reading OTE £30K+
 Exceptional opportunities on offer for experienced and graduate-calibre candidates with strong communication and persuasive skills and a passion for success. You will be selling recruitment services to a wide range of companies both SMEs and blue chips. Responsible for direct sales, negotiation and growing your own business, you will develop your own list of clients and encouraging repeat business.  Mainly phone based, you will also visit clients on site.  This is a demanding role and only suitable for those willing to it their all.
