Team Manager (Customer Services) Kidlington 6 month
contract £24-30,000
We have an immediate start available for this 6
month contract. Our client is looking for an
experienced Customer Services Team Manager to
oversee a team of Customer Service Advisors. This is
a very varied role and will include taking ownership
of customer service issues, managing a team and
dealing with recruitment, training and coaching. You
will also have an input into the Process and Quality
Improvements measures and assist in implanting new
ideas and any procedure changes. Our client is an
