Our client are currently seeking a Junior Sous Chef to start ASAP-
this role offers excellent working hours. The kitchen and restaurant
is closed from 3pm-6pm and the shifts are 12pm-2.45pm and
6pm-9.15pm. This is a very high volume role with excellent standards
and excellent training opportunities. The Head Chef as trained by

Excellent location; our client are a 3 star Hotel who offer
a fresh, local seasonal menu. They are seeking an
experienced Sous Chef to start ASAP. This is a permanent
role based on 50 hours a week (split shifts). Ideal
candidates will be able to work to at high volume at a very

restaurant and bar. We are seeking a highly experienced CDP.
The ideal candidate will have Rosette experience. The
restaurant makes all food from scratch and only uses the
finest fresh ingredients. They have featured in ‘Best Food’
in Oxford. They are currently aiming for a Michelin star.
They have accommodation available if needed; 1 small room or
a large double room which would suit a couple. They are

Hotel who hold regular events and weddings and have an award

permanent position to start ASAP. They only produce fresh
food and make they’re own bread and pastries. Previous
pastry experience would be useful, but is not essential. The
role will involve working in a team of 6. They produce
interesting modern cuisine and traditional favourites and

Our
client is looking to recruit an Assistant Restaurant Manager based
in the lovely surroundings of Oxfordshire. As Assistant Restaurant
Manager you will report directly to the Restaurant Manager and
assist them in running the restaurant by motivating and coaching
your team of staff across all areas to ensure maximum customer
satisfaction at all times and ultimately increased profitability.
You will; Have a constant presence on the floor, interacting with
guests and staff to ensure that all parties are delighted with the
product and service delivery, You will need to be a creative team
leader; an extrovert and most of all have the desire and the skills
to make the business a real success, You will be responsible for
assisting the Restaurant Manager in the supervision, staffing and
day to day running of the Restaurant.
