Job Description

We are looking for a Creative Designer to work on a freelance basis.

  • Extensive knowledge in art working and print production
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Builds strong relationships and a good working rapport with team
  • Work alongside agency designers to create catalogue projects on time and on budget
  • Work with account handlers to estimate, plan and quote job specific artwork requirements
  • Where relevant, suggest cheaper alternatives to achieve the printed result
  • Good communication with internal stakeholders, keeping the project team frequently updated
  • Responsible for artwork being correctly fit for purpose, proofread and brand-checked

Key Skills

  • Proficient in Creative Suite Applications (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat)
  • Able to artwork a broad range of projects and printed media
  • Experience in working with images for digital media
  • Able to retouch with extensive Photoshop experience
  • At least 5 years relevant experience required
  • Pro-active ‘can do’ attitude
  • Self-starter with a passion to get things done
  • A confident team player and well-motivated
