Job Description

We currently have an exciting opportunity for a customer focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Executive. The purpose of this role is to provide support to our customers, via our dedicated CRM systems, dealing with queries and updating customers. This role will work together with the Subscription Manager to ensure we meet all our customer needs and expectations in meeting turnaround times and quality standards.

Interacting with a range of customers daily including agents, corporate customers and internal stakeholders. Providing excellent customer service, responding to our customers queries and resolving them in a timely manner, mainly by email using our CRM system but occasionally also over the phone. You will be working with different internal departments to help you respond appropriately to customer needs, investigating and if necessary escalating more technical issues in a timely manner.

The Candidate:

  • Previous customer services experience
  • Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
  • Thrive in a busy team environment
  • Computer literate and be a competent user of Microsoft office
  • Confident working under your own initiative and prioritising your time
  • Can work to deadlines effectively and able to multitask
