We have a fantastic opportunity for anyone looking for an exciting and rewarding new role, working with a small growing organisation. We are recruiting for a Call Handler to work within a contact centre, based in Didcot, on a temporary to permanent basis. We are looking for a highly motivated focused individual with a caring and compassionate nature, whilst being able to stay calm under pressure. You will need to have your own transport due to the rural location.
The main duties will be to receive and process urgent and routine calls from general practitioners, hospitals and other healthcare professionals and to provide transportation for patients. Hours of work are 8am – 6pm Monday to Friday accountable to the Directors.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Call centre or customer service experience dealing with high volume calls
- A knowledge or experience within the NHS, healthcare sector would be advantageous
