Our client is a small but rapidly growing company located in Oxfordshire. The company has very aggressive growth plans which involve a significant increase of product development, which gives rise to this position. The product development team are a key team within the business as they provide the vital link between our suppliers and supply chain team and our sales and commercial teams. The Assistant Category Manager works as a pivotal member of this team to ensure all category aims are met with the help of the Category Manager.
