Job Description

Accounts & Administration Support

Overall Purpose of the Role:

  • To provide support to the UK Finance Manager in Brackley
  • To ensure the correct posting of stock and general invoices
  • To chase overdue debts as directed by Finance Manager
  • To ensure correct and accurate scanning and filing of all paperwork
  • To provide administration assistance to the whole team as required

Key Responsibilities:

  • To match delivery notes with invoices and present to the Finance Manager for signing off
  • To process purchase invoices through POP or through PL as required ensuring accurate posting
  • To e mail invoices to customers
  • To e mail statements to customer
  • To send out copy invoices/deal with customer queries on their accounts
  • To chase overdue debts
  • Scan and file all the paperwork associated with despatch, picking, delivery and invoice of goods
  • Scan and file customer orders
  • Update stock records on the system as required
  • General administration work for the whole team
  • Any other duties as requested by Finance Manager
  • Long Term: First aid training would be required

Qualifications and Experience Levels:

  • No prerequisite academic or vocational qualifications.However, the post-holder must possess a good level of literacy and numeracy commensurate with the nature and level of the post.
  • Clean, valid driving licence is essential
  • No experience may be required as training may be undertaken on the job
