Job Summary: |
q Dealing
with all telephone communication for customers who
have purchased a furniture protection plan
and require our
services
q You
will be responsible for registering new claims for
customers
and providing updates on the status of
existing claims.
q Your
primary responsibility is to ensure our calls are
answered
within the agreed service standards
q You
will be set targets relating to the quality of
information
provided, quality of the calls, number of
calls taken per hour and
the amount of time you are available to
take calls.
