Full –Time Claim Resolution Administrator
Location:  152 Milton Park
Abingdon
Oxon OX14 4SD
Reports to:        Paul Clifford
Hours: Monday to Friday 9-5pm
Department:

Claim Servicing Department
   

Key Responsibility Areas:

q       Ensure all clients receive excellent customer service
q       Resolve Claims as quickly as possible
q       Accurately validate claims against the terms and conditions
       purchased by the consumer
q       Take an active role in all aspects of the department
 q       Ensure positive Company image / branding is maintained

Candidate qualities:

q       Customer service focused
 q       Excellent telephone manner
 q       Good organisational skills
 q       Computer literate

Job summary:

q       Dealing with all aspects of customers claims who have
       purchased a furniture protection plan and  require our services.
       Including assessment of the claim, processing of the claim,
       associated orders and settlement of the claim
 q       Ensure SLA’s are achieved in all areas of the team
 q       Ensuring FSA guidelines are achieved for complaint handling
 q       Achieve quality targets appropriate to the grade
 q       Provide support to other areas if required
