Service Delivery Executive

Key Accountabilities and Measurement:

1.  To deliver client Service Level Agreement (Charter)
    
Ø   Maintain and manage allocated clients
    
Ø   Meet/better client SLAs
    
Ø   Develop ongoing client SLAs in accordance with
          required output
    
Ø   Manage client ‘non compliance’ complaints
2.  To manage the client effectively
    
Ø   Prepare and enhance processes and procedures for
          clients to improve implementation phase and steady
          state operational experience
    
Ø   Manage transition from new client to established and
          satisfied client
    
Ø   Identify, meet and deliver all agreed actions, in
          specified timeframes
    
Ø   Review performance, propose recommendations,
          convey proactive behaviour and deliver on action
          plans
3.  To manage reporting deliverables
    
Ø   Ensure all client data is delivered accurately by suppliers
          and internal parties within agreed SLAs
    
Ø    Ensure all monthly or regular client reports are completed
          and delivered accurately within agreed SLAs and formats
    
Ø   Introduce and develop feed-back loops to suppliers and
          internal parties
    
Ø   Support client requirements in development of new/
          tailored requirements
4.  To contribute to company growth
    
Ø   Contribute/adhere to relevant quality standards
    
Ø   Generate additional business through up-selling within
          the client environment

Base Tasks:

Ø   Client form, process and procedure management
Ø   Client cost centre architecture management
Ø   Client Extranet set-up and on-going requirements
Ø   Billing data management
Ø   Accountable for accuracy of database management
Ø   Invoice and recharge processing (airtime, hardware,
     accessories, PWC)
Ø   Report generation and delivery
Ø   Develop and maintain relationship with client, airtime
     SRM and other contacts
Ø   Support client management requirements
Ø   Management of porting/migration activity
Ø   Sponsor of key client activity
Ø   Face of ttMobiles within client
Ø   Attend client meetings where and when required
Ø   Responsibility for steady state project type activity
Ø   Interrogation and interpretation of data, reports and
Ø   Associated action plans
Ø   Other tasks deemed appropriate 

Special Job Characteristics:

The individual will be required to travel both within the UK and abroad and have the flexibility for overnight stays. Driving licence and car owner - approved travel expenses paid. 

It is an express requirement of this role that the successful candidate will need to agree to complete HM government vetting forms
