The Job: To steer, develop and manage a team of Service Delivery Executives (Client facing account managers), the associated area of business and team in question towards meeting its objectives in line with organisational plans and corporate strategy, to include monitoring performance and the identification of development needs.

The person:

Applicants would benefit from having a solid working knowledge and practical experience within a service role or service centric company with a minimum of 3 years experience in an account management/service delivery role.

     planning, organising, leading and controlling the efforts of the team
     and to aid in the use of all appropriate resource to achieve stated
     goals 
Ø   Analysis and Problem Solving: To have the requirement for
     complex thinking, incorporating analytical and conceptual abilities
Ø   Commercial Focus: The ability to develop and maintain
     relationships with clients and suppliers.  Support and lead resign
     or cross-sell opportunities with clients and suppliers, including but
     not limited to contract management 
Ø   Planning and Organisation: The ability to identify immediate
     and long-term objectives, formulate and monitor specific strategies
     to successfully meet own deadlines and control others’ workloads 
Ø   Achievement Orientation: The ability to set goals and achieve

 Desirable skills and knowledge:

Ø   Experience working within account management to deliver
     Service Excellence
Ø   Operational experience, where you have had to mange change
     and respond appropriately as well as to steer and manage a
     team towards its objectives in line with organisational plans and
     corporate strategy
Ø   Used to working within a corporate environment
Ø   Process driven
Ø   Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Office Products
