Purpose of the role: |
To work as part of the ttMobiles’ Service Centre teams interfacing with clients’ end users by phone, fax and e-mail to receive and capture requests for information, reports of faults or failures of equipment and other mobile device related issues. To then respond to and manage the request effectively and efficiently using the correct systems and procedures
|
Key Accountabilities: |

problems likely to be raised within the Service Centre
their expectations and a full understanding of what

service is to be delivered as stated within the Client SLA
levels by phone and e-mail, remaining polite, proactive
and
helpful at all times
and ensure they are closed out fully within times
stated in the
SLA
circumstances and, to be able to work effectively with
a variety
of tasks, demands and Clients
resources, workloads and tasks, setting targets for
completion
through correct application of priorities and, to
deliver satisfactory
completion
and clients to a satisfactory outcome and where
necessary
escalate up the chain of command
