Purpose of the role:    

To work as part of the ttMobiles’ Service Centre teams interfacing with clients’ end users by phone, fax and e-mail to receive and capture requests for information, reports of faults or failures of equipment and other mobile device related issues.  To then respond to and manage the request effectively and efficiently using the correct systems and procedures

Key Accountabilities:

Ø   Industry knowledge: Have a good understanding of the mobile
     phone industry and a capability of dealing with all anticipated
     problems likely to be raised within the Service Centre
Ø   Client knowledge: Must have thorough understanding of clients,
     their expectations and a full understanding of what level of
     service is to be delivered as stated within the Client SLA
Ø   Communication:  Able to communicate well with Clients of all
     levels by phone and e-mail, remaining polite, proactive and
     helpful at all times
Ø   Task Management: Take ownership of requests, be proactive
     and ensure they are closed out fully within times stated in the
     SLA
Ø   Flexibility: Respond positively to changing requirements and
     circumstances and, to be able to work effectively with a variety
     of tasks, demands and Clients
Ø   Organisation: Able to plan and organise effectively all activities,
     resources, workloads and tasks, setting targets for completion
     through correct application of priorities and, to deliver satisfactory
     completion
Ø   Problem resolution: Manage issues which arise with suppliers
     and clients to a satisfactory outcome and where necessary
     escalate up the chain of command
