Candidates should be educated to graduate level or equivalent and with experience in academic journal publishing. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate a willingness to work with confidence, flexibility, initiative and independence while playing an integral role in a professional publishing team.

The role demands energy and creative flair, sound commercial acumen, and excellent communication skills. Familiarity with, and a passion for, the sciences, and an awareness of and of academic editors’ and societies’ needs in their publishing activities will be a distinct advantage.

This position is based at our offices in Milton Park, Abingdon, Oxfordshire, and reports to the Publisher for Engineering, Computing & Technology
