Production Operative / Warehouse Assistant (1 Year Contract)

The job:

We are looking for a Production Operative / Warehouse Assistant to join our Production team for approximately a year.

Responsibilities will include:

Ø  Manufacturing lime based products including mixing, bagging and
    palletisation of finished products
 Ø  Undertaking daily maintenance of machinery and stock checks of
    raw materials
 Ø  Ensuring the health and safety rules and procedures are adhered
    to
 Ø  Dealing with “goods in” and “goods out” including loading and
    unloading vehicles

In addition to working in our production area, you may be required to assist the carpenters who manufacture the timber frames for our Hembuild® system.
 

The Candidate:

The ideal candidate will have experience of working in a production and warehouse environment together with a forklift truck licence (counter balance and reach truck).  You will be methodical in your approach to your work, able to work to deadlines and a team player.
