Job
Summary:
An
experienced Microsoft Dynamics CRM Consultant with a development
background and project management skills is required to join our
Service Delivery Team to assist with the successful implementation
and maintenance of our clients’ Microsoft Dynamics CRM systems.
This
is a varied and demanding role involving all aspects of implementing
Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions from pre-sales work through the
project life cycle to go live and ongoing support. The position of
Consultant is a key role in delivery of the solution to the
customer.
Your
involvement with clients will include off site and on site work and
you will be encouraged to develop your Microsoft Dynamics CRM
knowledge and achieve relevant certifications.
Responsibilities:
To
facilitate the successful installation of our clients CRM systems
including off site and on site work. You will be educated to follow
the K3 Implementation Methodology which identifies best practise
processes that are followed to implement Microsoft Dynamics CRM
solutions.

Technical
Skills and Experience:
You
will need good experience of .NET development using C# and have
experience of developing N-tier architectures ideally in a
consulting background and developing within a structured
methodology.
Ideally
you will be a MS professional or equivalent and have MS CRM
experience together with MS CRM implementation experience and
previous full lifecycle CRM projects and have the following skills
and experience:
Understanding
of project methodologies
Excellent
consultancy skills along with a development background
Able
to run workshops and own the outcomes
Pre
and Post Sales experience, experience of business analysis and
design, configuration, training
Specific,
demonstrated experience of implementing all the standard
functionality within Microsoft Dynamics CRM
Excellent
written and oral skills
Commercial
awareness and total dedication to delivering maximum return on
investment for our clients
Self
motivated and driven to achieve professional success in a team
based environment
The
following would be an advantage
Experience
with Business Intelligence and other packages such as SQL
Reporting Services, Siebel, SAP, Biztalk , SharePoint
Experience
in extending business workflow to mobile devices
Experience of implementing CRM in to call centre environments

Working
environment:
The
role will be based at Milton Park, Didcot, Oxfordshire and will
involve extensive travel to client sites throughout the

Hours:
Normal
Hours of work: 37.5 a week, Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30 with an
hour lunch break.
Holidays:
Your
annual holiday entitlement is 22 days in the complete holiday year,
which runs from 1st January to 31st December excluding bank and
public holidays.
If
you are employed on a part-time basis your annual holiday
entitlement is pro-rata to the entitlement for full-time employees
of 22 days. In addition, you are entitled to recognised bank/public
holidays where they fall on one of your normal working days.
You
will accrue annual holidays on the basis of 1/12th of the annual
entitlement for each month of service in the holiday year.
Probationary
Period:
6
months, followed by formal review
Expenses:
If
employed, legitimate business expenses incurred will be reimbursed
by the company in line with the company Expenses Policy. Expenses
incurred travelling to and attending interviews will not normally be
re-imbursed. If this is required then request should be made PIOR to
attending interview and will be considered by the
Notice
The
employment termination period will be confirmed in your contract of
employment once an offer of employment has been accepted.
The standard notice period is :
After
1 month’s service you are required to give the Company 1
week’s notice to terminate your employment. After 3 months
service you are required to give the Company one month’s
notice to terminate your employment.
You
are entitled to receive the following periods of notice from the
Company:
Over
1 month but less than 3 months service - 1 week.
Over
3 months service but under 5 years service – 1 month.
Over
5 years continuous service - 1 week for each complete year of
service to a maximum of 12 weeks after 12 years.
By
mutual agreement, these notice periods may be waived.
The
Company has the right to terminate your employment without
notice or payment in lieu of notice in the event that you commit
a fundamental breach of contract.
The
Company reserves the right to require you not to carry out your
duties or attend your place of work during the period of notice.
At
the absolute discretion of the Company, payment in lieu of
working notice may be made.
Sick
Pay
The
procedure you must follow in the event of periods of absence from
work due to sickness is set out in the Employee Handbook.
At the discretion of the Company, the following sick pay
entitlement may be paid in excess of any Statutory Sick Pay to which
you may be entitled:
In
the first 3 months of service there is no entitlement to Company
sick pay
From
3 to 12 months service you are entitled to up 1 month’s pay
during absences due to sickness
Over
12 months service you are entitled to a maximum of 3 months’
full pay followed by 3 months’ half pay in any twelve-month
period.
The
qualifying days for Statutory Sick Pay purposes are Monday to
Friday inclusive.
Pension:
The
Company does not operate a private Pension Scheme and there is no
contracting out certificate in force in respect of your employment.
You are therefore contracted into the current secondary State
Pension Scheme unless you have made your own personal pension
arrangements.
However,
the Company will offer you access to a Stakeholder Pension provider
to enable you to consider your own personal pension arrangements.
Eligibility
to work in the UK:
Any
offer of employment is subject to the employees eligibility to work
in the UK and evidence will be required and copies retained by the
company for its records. Assistance may be available by the company
for candidates requiring work permits, should an offer of employment
be made.
