This role is within K3’s fast paced Retail Division - the UK’s leading supplier of Microsoft Dynamics – so we want leading professionals to join us. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Marketing Executive to join the Retail division of K3 Business Technology Group, the UK’s leading Microsoft Dynamics partner, based in Oxfordshire

Overview of Job: |
The successful candidate will be required to play a key role in assisting the Sector Marketing Manager in the marketing activities directed at our prospects and customers. You will be responsible for developing and delivering a program of activities, including direct marketing & email campaigns, webinars, prospect & customer events and PR.
You will be required to work closely with the Sector Marketing Manager to help define messaging for campaigns, work with the Sales and Account Management teams to understand what is new, relevant, beneficial, and will help the Sales and Account Managers generate new business opportunities.

Specifically you will: |
Ø Create, manage and execute all direct
mail campaigns to
prospective and existing customers using
appropriate IT
packages
Ø Design marketing collateral for a
variety of campaigns ensuring
it’s brand compliant and supports sales
activities
Ø Create EDMs and landing pages to
support campaigns and
programmes
Ø Assist in monitoring and optimising
campaigns to improve
performance
Ø Be involved in the setting up,
attending and following up of the
events programme
Ø Strengthen existing prospect,
customer and consultant
relationships by creating regular newsletters and
engagement
material
Ø Assist with any ad-hoc work or
projects as requested
Ø Liaise with senior management to
ensure key objectives are
delivered within specific deadlines

Experience & Skills required: |
Ø 2-3 years min business to business
marketing experience
gained within the software/technology sector
Ø Marketing degree & CIM qualification
preferable
Ø Strong direct mail experience from
creative to execution
Ø Experience with database management
and CRM
Ø Strong analytical skills
Ø Creative flair and an eye for detail
Ø Strong copywriting and proofreading
skills
Ø Excellent organisational skills and
ability to communicate
on all levels
Ø Ability to work effectively under
pressure & to deadlines
Ø Outgoing, tenacious and results
driven
Ø Clean driving licence
| Working Environment: |
The role will be based at Milton Park, Didcot, Oxfordshire and will involve extensive travel to client sites throughout the UK and potentially abroad and will be required to spend periods of time working form client sites. Full driving licence is required.
