Job Summary: 

To be responsible for the co-ordination of Account Management resource, supervision of small projects, general Account Management support and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities: 

Account Management Co-ordination
Ø
 
  Management of small projects and issues
Ø   Follow up and modifying resource plans
Ø   Produce reports as required including cost to completion
Ø   Monitor progress against budget and plan
Ø   Review resource needs on a weekly basis
Ø   Co-ordination of resource and small projects/customer issues
Ø   Communicate efficiently and politely to customers
Ø   Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Account Management Administration
Ø   Responsible for creating and monitoring  AM calls
Ø   Production of weekly departmental cost to complete
Ø   Responsible for creating new jobs and sales orders
Ø   General administration and support to the department
Ø   Providing customer support via email or phone
Ø   Follow up on departmental resources
Ø   Any other ad-hoc duties as required
Resource
Ø   Understand the needs of both internal and external customers
Ø   Develop a good understanding and knowledge of the resource
     skills set of consultants and developers
Ø   Work closely with all parties to ensure customer issues are
     dealt with in a timely fashion
Ø   Prioritisation of issues and customer queries
Ø   Escalation of any issues as necessary
Ø   Any other ad-hoc duties as required

Skills and Experience:

Ø   To have previous experience of working within a customer service
     environment
Ø   Excellent IT skills including MS Excel and Word
Ø   An understanding of project methodologies would be desirable but
     not essential
Ø   Personal Skills
Ø   Excellent communication skills
Ø   Able to work under pressure and to meet deadlines
Ø   Good listening skills
Ø   Ability to prioritise work
Ø   Excellent organisational skills
Ø   Ability to multi task
Ø   Working Environment
Ø   Role will be based from the Didcot office

Supplementary information:

 
Normal Hours of work 37.5 a week, Monday to Friday 9.00 – 5.30 with an hour lunch break
