Job Summary: |
Due to our continuing success and growth, K3 are looking to expand its EFT team based from our Oxfordshire office. The main aspect of the role will be to work within a team environment to ensure successful implementations are achieved.
| Responsibilities: |
Ø Organise resource
scheduling/project work in conjunction with the
EFT Manager,
Service Delivery Manager and Project Manager.
Ø Report on current
activities with EFT project manager so weekly
reports can be
produced in order to keep company aware of client
status
Ø Produce the weekly
internal EFT schedule for the team based
upon priorities/
assign, monitor and assist team with tasks
Ø Provide estimates/
timescales for all aspects of the accreditation
process to the EFT Manager and rubber stamp all documents that
relate to this
Ø Arrange and
perform training of EFT team members
Ø Liaise closely
with all EFT providers on software releases/
escalation of
issues
Ø Work closely with
product development where modifications are
required, ensuring
that mods we undertake are transferred back to
the Master
Ø Undertake EFT
Consultancy for some customers
Ø Assist customer
service to resolve faults, take on more
complicated EFT issues
Ø Propose
improvements in procedures, products and services
Ø The following to
be produced and passed to the Project
Administrator for inclusion in a EFT area on SharePoint
Ø Ensure EFT
procedures are documented, to include but not
exhaustive, installing EFT programs, configuring the EFT
environment and EFT
FAQs
Ø Produce on- site
checklist for EFT
Ø Attend customers
site where necessary to discuss EFT issues or
proposals
| Job Summary: |
Due to our continuing success and growth, K3 are currently looking for a number of Consultant/Developers to be based from our Oxfordshire office. The main aspect of the role is programming of Microsoft Dynamics NAV software to meet client requirements. Consultancy skills are also required as the role is client facing and the Consultant/Developer will be also be required to be involved in client workshops, training and implementation.
| Responsibilities: |
The position of Consultant/Developer is a key role in delivery of the solution to the customer. Responsibilities include: analysing customer requirements; demonstrating MBS NAV; conducting client workshops; documenting customer requirements; carrying out MBS NAV modifications to a high standard, testing of software, installing and implementing MBS NAV on clients’ sites and ongoing customer training and support.
| Working Environment: |
The roles will be primarily based at Milton Park, Didcot, Oxfordshire, although K3 are flexible if required. All the roles may involve travel to client sites throughout the UK and you may be required to spend periods of time working from client sites. Full driving licence is required
