| Location: | Office based at The Granary, OX13 6SW |
| Hours of work: |
Monday to Friday, however there is flexibility on the hours needed each day. Could be full time or school hours. |
| Qualifications & Experience: |
No formal qualifications but experience in process management are needed together with a keen 'can do', flexible attitude. Experience of Microsoft Project would be advantageous but not mandatory. Also needs administration, organisation and people skills. |

|
Monitor our commitments: |
|
Monitor project commitments and ensure adherence to time scales. Liaise with customers to ensure they are fully informed on the progress of their project. Maintenance of Project Planner to show all scheduled work (using MS Project 2010 – experience would be beneficial)
|
Act as PA to the Technical Director: |
Regularly meet with and take instruction from the Technical Director for action.
|
Maintain Developer Timesheets: |
Keeping records of time used on learning, internal, chargeable, non-chargeable by project per half a day
|
Project Tracker requests: |
Manage Project Manager Requests and Issue reports to ensure work is scheduled and carried out as required. Write Change Notes and ensure sign-off before commencement of work.
|
Support contract validity: |
Monitor current support contracts and ensure payments and POs are up to date, liaising with accounts where necessary, authorising support
|
Monitor Customer Account status: |
Liaising with accounts sending stock letters to promote prompt payments
|
Schedule of work by project: |
Maintain a list of tasks for each project noting developer and time scale. Schedule of work by developer Inverse table of above
|
Customer actions/commitments: |
Monitor customer's actions in returning authorisations and copy documents to CRM.
|
Manage Project / Contract Paperwork: |
To add all project related paperwork to the CRM project record from quotation, T&Cs acceptance, order, time-line, etc.
|
Licence tracking: |
Track validity of licences and liaise with sales if there is a shortfall or variance
|
General administration: |
Work with the administration team where required
|
