Chemical Sales Opportunity  

Carbosynth is a young, dynamic chemical catalogue company looking to recruit a science graduate to development the sales of our catalogue products.  The role means working closely within a small sales team reporting to the sales manager.   

The position will involve directly promoting, selling, marketing and responding to customer’s quotation requests and queries in relation to the company’s product portfolio. 

A good degree or above in a life science discipline is essential and a minimum of 2 years industry experience either in a sales or laboratory based role is preferred.  In addition you will have computer knowledge of packages such as MS Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint and experience with a chemical drawing package is an advantage.   

The successful candidate will be self-motivated, enthusiastic and able to grasp new concepts quickly.  You are able to work within a team, communicating confidently both in writing and orally, often under pressure to meet deadlines.  For the right candidate there are good career development opportunities. 

The position will be office based in Compton, Berkshire with an annual salary of £26-£30K depending on experience.
