Overview:   

Due to exciting growth we seek an exceptional Senior Silverlight Developer. You must have a passion for technology and enjoy being part of a highly skilled Development team that is empowered to come up and follow through with innovative ideas, features, designs and process improvements. The team uses Agile methodology to deliver exciting regular new product releases of very high quality. 

We are seeking a Senior Silverlight Developer who is motivated and has the flexibility to adapt to the changing situations and circumstances that arise in a company that is going through rapid expansion.

You will join a highly skilled Product Development Team designing and developing the technology that enables the remote analysis and management of the mobile enterprise.

The candidate:  

You must have excellent commercial experience of designing and developing software with Microsoft development technologies including Silverlight 4.0, .NET 3.5/4.0, Web Services and C#.  You must be experienced in OO and design patterns and demonstrate a good understanding of Enterprise system requirements including scalability, resilience and reliability.  Experience and understanding of the full software development lifecycle, unit testing, build automation and continuous integration would be a benefit.
