Speed Export Sales Team Member 

Allmakes 4x4, worldwide wholesaler of new parts for Land Rover vehicles have a vacancy for an office-based sales and customer service team member dealing with time-critical export customers, mainly in Europe. The team member will be tasked to proactively telephone customers with promotions and chase for orders as well as dealing accurately and efficiently with incoming orders and calls.  

Essential Qualities: 

  1. Drive

  2. Personable

  3. Excellent telephone manner

  4. Accuracy

  5. Willingness to learn

Advantageous Qualities: 

  1. Familiarity with Land Rover’s vehicle fleet

  2. Familiarity with vehicle mechanics

  3. Second European language

  4. Familiarity with export procedure

Key Deliverables 

  1. Achieve personal sales target and thus help team to achieve team budget and trigger bonus payments.

  2. Dispatch orders accurately within agreed error quota and within specified time period.

  3. Answer incoming calls within 3 rings and help the customers.

The ideal candidate will be able to multi-task and operate under time pressure. This is a fast-paced working environment. 

The position is fulltime and based at our office/warehousing on Milton Park. Speed export team members report to the Speed Export senior.
