Purpose of the Job: |
The primary focus is to accelerate development of the sales pipeline for Achilles Building Confidence service within UKI, creating new opportunities as well as advancing existing opportunities. The role will be reporting directly to the Sector Director for UKI Construction. |
| Key responsibilities: | |
· Deliver/present
compelling and winning value propositions to a
high professional standard, through a clear
understanding of
customers and their business needs, to agreed targets
· Coordinate
the Building Confidence buyer sales pipeline, with
particular responsibility for major/complex sales
involving multiple
stakeholders in large organisations
· Produce
first class written proposals and other sales supporting
documents as and when required
· Maximise
customer referenceability and ensure the highest level
of customer satisfaction
· Support
the Construction Director with development of the sales
and marketing strategy
· Identify
new revenue opportunities and work with the Construction
Director to realise these in terms of maximum growth
and service
improvement.
· Be
an integral part of a team, working closely with all sales-
related team members to ensure delivery of overall
revenue
targets.
· Maximise
customer reference-ability and ensure the highest level
of customer satisfaction.
· Project
manage the implementation of Building Confidence with
customers to ensure the successful delivery in order to
maximise
the value to both customer and Achilles
· Provide
monthly reporting against defined sales & delivery KPIs,
and management of the CRM back office system
· To
work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.
| Physical factors: |
The post holder should have a strong record of health and attendance. They should be smartly presented, confident and an excellent communicator, and hold a clean driving licence.
The post holder may be required to travel throughout UKI to visit existing and prospective clients, work on client-side as required as part of sales & delivery team and as part of Achilles Construction team.
| Knowledge and previous experience: |
· A
proven track record selling complex web-based solutions to
large blue-chip clients face-to-face (not telesales)
· Experience
of managing client-side implementation of complex
solutions
· Knowledge
of B2B supply chain and supplier risk management
service
· Knowledge
of the construction industry would be preferable
| Essential Skills: |
· High
degree of commercial acumen
· Excellent
communicator and presenter at all levels and disciplines
· Proven
sales skills within large and complex organisations
· Good
written skills including proposal writing
· High
proficiency in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) to
deliver professional documents and presentations

sometimes pressured environment
