| Purpose of the Job: | To be part of a team developing and launching an exciting new service to the UK construction sector, and promote the new service to potential customer accounts. To attain and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction, and build long-term relationships within nominated customer accounts. To achieve monthly revenue targets and continued growth within new and existing customer accounts. |
| Key Responsibilities: |
Ø To
develop and sustain long-term client relationships that will
facilitate and support the ongoing development and revenue
growth
of the construction sector
Ø To
present and sell Achilles services to potential new customers
through an understanding of their business needs
Ø To
ensure customer reference ability and the highest level of
customer satisfaction across all nominated customer accounts
Ø To
identify new revenue opportunities and work with the team to
realise these in terms of maximum growth and service
improvement
Ø To
promote the wider use of construction services through
customer training, visits and industry groups
Ø Be
an integral part of the Construction Services Team working
closely with the Director (Construction), Account Managers
and
other departments to contribute positively to the development
of the
operation and ensure delivery of the overall revenue targets
Ø To
communicate effectively to the Construction Services team and
colleagues in other parts of the business
Ø To
work within a framework of corporate standards and policies.

| Knowledge and previous experience: |
Ø A
proven track record of similar roles in customer-facing
environments (not telesales)
Ø A
strong knowledge and awareness of IT solutions and how they
meet specific business needs
Ø A
consultative approach to sales and relationship management
| Experience of the following would be preferable but not essential: |
Ø Account
management in a professional services company
Ø Procurement
and supply-chain
Ø Construction
sector
