1000heads is an online Word of Mouth marketing agency, helping clients such as Tesco, BP, Pepsi, Toshiba, Barclays, 3, Stella Artois, Canon, ITV and others to initiate, listen to and engage in conversations in Social Media.  

We are currently looking for an experienced and creative Account Manager to join our team either based on Milton Park or central London to help our clients develop their Social Media strategy.  

You will have:

  1. At least 2 years experience of managing client relationships and of generating and delivering online creative solutions to the highest standard, on time and to budget.

  2. You must be able to interact with people at all levels and have the ability to analyse and resolve problems quickly and effectively.

  3. Attention to detail is a must.

  4. You will be a great project planner and be able to manage your time very effectively, through your ability to plan ahead, manage your “to do” list, clearly communicate and multitask projects. 

  5. In addition you should have a good ability at getting on with clients, earning their respect and helping develop the business. 

Responsibilities include:

  1. Building client relationships;

  2. Developing innovative and creative ideas and solutions for client campaigns and consistently meeting if not exceeding their expectations;

  3. Assisting in creating project briefs;

  4. Briefing and working with members of the wider team to develop an idea;

  5. Presenting and selling that idea to the client; understand their brand(s) and customers;

  6. Monitoring and understanding your clients’ markets; being aware of market issues and competitive activity;

  7. Producing accurate cost estimates. 

  8. A passion and understanding of social media and its impact on brands is essential.

Salary:

Dependant on experience.
